Vellatura provides a digital personal-colour reading for personal, informational and styling purposes only. It is a considered aesthetic guide, not professional, medical, or dermatological advice.
The reading is fourteen questions and returns one of twelve seasons. The Colour Card is free. The Dossier is a one-time purchase of US$22, delivered the moment it is bought — read on your phone, with a nine-page PDF attached.
If you are a minor where you live, use Vellatura with a parent or guardian's agreement, and buy the Dossier only with their consent.
We do not ask your age, just as we do not ask your name.
By using Vellatura you agree that the reading is based on the answers you provide; its accuracy depends on honest answers given in good light.
On two of the questions you may ask the camera to measure your hair or your cheek. Where it does, the option it proposes is shown to you on the question and you confirm it before going on. A measurement narrows the choice; it does not make it. The reading follows from the answers as they were submitted.
You may use your reading and dossier for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce our content, palettes, or method for commercial purposes without written permission.
The reading is an interpretation, not a measurement of you. It tells you which colours sit well near your face. It does not promise what happens when you wear them.
If we have failed you, the most we can make good is the price you paid. When we refund and when we do not is set out in the Refund Policy.
We may revise these terms. The date above is the version in force, and the terms in force when you bought are the ones that govern your purchase.
Vellatura is operated by Saffron Advisory Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of Singapore.
