We collect only what is needed to provide your colour reading: your questionnaire responses; your email address (to deliver your Colour Card, Dossier and future resend requests, or — where a reading names no season — to write to you if it can later be placed); and payment confirmation for purchases. If you choose a camera measurement, we also keep the colour it read, and information about your device and browser, which we keep in order to judge how reliable that measurement was. We never store your payment card details.
Your information is used solely to generate and deliver your reports, verify purchases, provide customer support, and allow you to access or request a resend of your purchased dossier. We send no marketing.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting hello@vellatura.com. These rights are yours wherever you live — including the European Union, the United Kingdom and California — and we do not ask where you are before honouring them.
Who is responsible. Vellatura is operated by Saffron Advisory Pte. Ltd., registered in Singapore, and your data is handled under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We share it only with the services that run the site — hosting, payment and email — and with no one else. We do not sell it, and we do not show it to advertisers.
Deleting your reading. You may delete your reading at any time, from the reading itself or by writing to us. Where we hold an email for you we will send a confirmation link first, so that nobody else can delete it on your behalf.
Deletion is permanent. Your reading, your answers and your season are erased outright — we keep no shadow copy. Afterwards we cannot resend your Dossier, restore your reading, or tell you what it said. Three things sit outside our reach: the payment provider keeps its own record of a purchase, as it must; our email service keeps a note that a message was sent; and copies of our database held for recovery are overwritten within about two weeks, on their schedule rather than ours. None of these can rebuild your reading. If you write to us again, or take a new reading, you begin as a stranger. Files you have already downloaded remain yours.
Deleting your reading does not entitle you to a refund.
What we keep, and for how long. A reading we hold no email for is kept for twelve months from the last time it was opened. A free reading with an email is kept for twenty-four. A purchased reading is kept for as long as you have it — that is what returning to it means. Camera measurements and device information are stored as part of the reading and follow the same retention period. Records of the payment itself are kept separately, as any business must, and carry no colour analysis.
What the camera does. The colour check reads cloth. During the reading, if you choose it, the camera reads hair at the root or skin at the cheek. In each case the image is processed on your device and never leaves it; no photograph or video is uploaded or stored. For that measurement, the resulting colour and quality measurements, the option it proposed and whether you changed it, and device and browser information are sent with the reading and stored. The colour check does not store its cloth measurement. We do not ask your name. Your card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us. We do not keep photographs, and we collect no biometric data.
Young readers. If you are a minor where you live, use Vellatura with a parent or guardian's agreement. A young reader's answers, measurements and device details are kept exactly as anyone else's are, for the same periods, and can be deleted the same way. No image is kept of anyone, at any age. We have no way to know a reader's age; if a parent or guardian tells us a reading belongs to a child, we delete it.
Cookies. We set only what the site needs to work — to hold your place in the reading and to remember that you have seen this notice. Nothing is set for advertising, and nothing follows you to another site.
Changes to this policy. When it changes, the date at the top changes with it. Where a change affects something we already hold about you, we will write to you if we have an address.
