Privacy

We collect only what is needed to provide your colour reading: your questionnaire responses, your email address (to deliver your Colour Card, Dossier and future resend requests), and payment confirmation for purchases. We never store your payment card details.

Your information is used solely to generate and deliver your reports, verify purchases, provide customer support, and allow you to access or request a resend of your purchased dossier. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising purposes. Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting hello@vellatura.com. Vellatura processes personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Deleting your reading. You may delete your reading at any time, from the reading itself or by writing to hello@vellatura.com. Where we hold an email for you we will send a confirmation link first, so that nobody else can delete it on your behalf.

Deletion is permanent. Your reading, your answers and your season are erased outright — we keep no shadow copy. Afterwards we cannot resend your Dossier, restore your reading, or tell you what it said, and the address you were reached at survives only as an unreadable fingerprint, so that we do not write to you again. Files you have already downloaded remain yours.

Deleting your reading does not entitle you to a refund.

What we keep, and for how long. A reading we hold no email for is kept for twelve months from the last time it was opened. A free reading with an email is kept for twenty-four. A purchased reading is kept for as long as you have it — that is what returning to it means. Records of the payment itself are kept separately, as any business must, and carry no colour analysis.

What we never collect. We do not ask your name. We do not take, upload or store photographs. The colour check uses your camera to read a fabric, not a face. The cloth is measured on your device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored. Your card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
